PGT Black Limousine provides professional, luxury car and limousine services for personal and corporate transportation. These Terms govern all bookings, changes, cancellations, and service expectations.

Note: Specific models are subject to availability. A comparable or upgraded vehicle may be provided if the reserved model is not available at the time of service.
4. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made online or via phone 24/7
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receiving a booking confirmation via SMS or email.
- Modifications must be requested at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup and are subject to approval.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: Cancel 4+ hours before pickup.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 90 minutes and 1 hour before pickup.
- No Refund: Cancel within 1 hour or fail to show.
6. No-Show Policy
If the passenger is not present:
- Within 30 minutes for standard pickups
- Within 60 minutes for airport/train pickups
It will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
7. Waiting Time & Extra Charges
- First 15 minutes (standard pickups) and 60 minutes (airport pickups) are complimentary.
- After the grace period, waiting time is billed per minute.
- Route changes, extra stops, or special requests may result in added charges.
8. Luggage, Pets & Special Requests
- Clients must notify us in advance if bringing large items, wheelchairs, or pets.
- Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund.
9. Child Seats & Minors
- Child safety seats are available upon request.
- Transporting unaccompanied minors is only allowed with parental/legal guardian consent.
10. Client Conduct
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed in vehicles.

15. Vehicle Substitution
If a selected vehicle is unavailable, a comparable or upgraded model will be provided at no extra cost. We do not guarantee specific makes/models at the time of ride.
16. Prohibited Items & Behavior
- Illegal substances and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Disruptions will result in immediate service termination without refund.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or legal arbitration if necessary.
